How do I return an item?
Return Policy: You have 45 days from the date of shipment to return unwanted merchandise as long as it is unworn, unwashed, with no unusual odors, and in like new condition including any tags that came on it. There are no refunds on the cost of shipping & handling. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns. However, if the product is defective we will take care of shipping costs. NOTE: Mouthguards, Protective Cups, Supporters, Briefs, and all other underwear products are non-returnable. You MUST obtain an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise or your return CANNOT be processed. You may obtain an RMA number by sending an email to: returns@combatproshop.com. When emailing for your RMA number please include your order number and the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return. This information can be found in this packing slip. If you wish to exchange your item(s) please also include the full name, color, and size of the item(s) you wish to exchange for. We will respond with your RMA number within 24 business hours.
